Since 1980, the firm has represented

Most recently, Dixon Truman & FIsher succeeded in obtaining a $4.4 million
settlement for a Northern, Nevada man who was burned
over 30 percent of his body when gas cans he was
filling on his truck bed liner exploded with fire,
ignited by static electricity. The defendants included
a major oil company and car manufacturer.
Other recent cases settled in favor
of our clients include: a trucking  accident
caused by a trucker driving without enough sleep,
an injury resulting from a fall in an apartment
building where the landlord concealed a water leak,
and several dental malpractice claims settling in
the six figures.
